• EUSS Applications: £1000.00 plus disbursements

• Permanent residence: £1000.00 plus disbursements

• Ancestry Visa: £2000.00 plus disbursements 

​

• Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain/ long residence:  £1000.00 plus disbursements

• Visitor Visa Application: £1000.00 plus disbursements

​

• Adult dependants of Ex Gurkha Soldier: £1,200 plus disbursements

​

• Sole Responsibility:  £1200.00  plus disbursements

​

• Naturalisation Applications:   £750.00 plus disbursements

​

• Appeals to the First Tier Tribunal : £2200.00 plus disbursements

​

Disbursements qualify as payments made to third parties in relation to work undertaken, including UKVI fees, court fees, interpreters etc.

Family Law

• Applications for divorce: £800.00 plus the court fee.

• Financial remedies: Work is undertaken on hourly rate basis.  However, a fixed fee can be agreed, which will be quoted upon consideration of the issues and size of assets.

• Children Act and Family Law Act cases:  Work is undertaken on an hourly rate basis and also on fixed fee basis. The fixed fee is dependent on the issues involved and the stage of the case.

Wills & Probate

• General wills:  £250.00

​

• Mirror wills:  £400.00

​

• Lasting Power of Attorneys:  £500.00 plus Court fee

​

• Probate Uncontested: Work is undertaken on an hourly rate basis. Work may be undertaken on a fixed fee basis. The fixed fee will be agreed at the outset, and will be dependent on the size of the assets and the issues involved.
