Disbursements qualify as payments made to third parties in relation to work undertaken, including UKVI fees, court fees, interpreters etc.

Family Law

• Divorce Application: From £800.00 plus the court fee.

• Financial Remedies: Work is undertaken on hourly rate basis.  However, a fixed fee can be agreed, which will be quoted upon consideration of the issues and size of assets.

• Children Act & Family Law Act Cases:  Work is undertaken on an hourly rate basis and also on fixed fee basis. The fixed fee is dependent on the issues involved and the stage of the case.
   

• Pre -Nuptial Agreement: From  £3500  plus VAT (subject to the issues and value of the assets involved).
   

• Post - Nuptial Agreement: From £3500.00 plus VAT (subject to the issues and values of the assets involved)
   

• Deed of Separation: From £2500 plus VAT.
   

• Consent Order: From £5000 plus VAT.
   

• Living & Contact Arrangement Agreements: From £2500 plus VAT.

Wills & Probate

• General Wills:  From £250.00

• Mirror Wills:  From £400.00

​

• Lasting Power of Attorneys: From £500.00 plus Court fee

• Probate Uncontested: Work is undertaken on an hourly rate basis. Work may be undertaken on a fixed fee basis. The fixed fee will be agreed at the outset, and will be dependent on the size of the assets and the issues involved.
