Mrs Shahzadi B Mughal acted for the intervenor, who had a substantial property portfolio. The wife sought transfer of one of the properties into her sole name, which she claimed that her husband had a beneficial interest and was a part of the matrimonial assets.

Successfully represented the intervenor where the outcome was that the judge was satisfied that there are no matrimonial assets available for division. The wife's claim against the husband should be dismissed and there should be a clean break order.
